When it comes to the NFL season, Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey have a game plan.
In fact, the Miss Universe 2012 winner and the San Francisco 49ers running back—who tied the knot in June—already have a strategy in place to help them stay connected in the months ahead.
"We just started a book club but we're the only people in it, which is really funny," Olivia told E! News with a laugh. "I'm picking out girly girl thrillers and I'm making him want to read them."
"And then we try to prioritize date nights at least twice a month," she continued. "During the season it can be a little more difficult. But just prioritizing one-on-one time. I'm very excited about our book club. I highly recommend that, because it's been funny and fun."
On Sept. 9, Christian's 49ers will take on the New York Jets in their NFL season opener, and Olivia will be cheering him on in style.
"I do have an outfit picked out," she told E!. "It's a blazer that I had embroidered, it has Christian’s number on it and then 'McCaffrey' on the sleeve."
While choosing clothes for 49ers games, The Culpo Sisters star does have one big assist.
"I obviously already know the color palette, that's figured out," she said of the team's signature red, black, white and gold theme. "So for games, honestly, it's always about a key accessory, whether it's a shoe I really like, a bag I really like, a jacket I really like, or a hat that I really like."
"There's always one item that I built the whole outfit around," she noted. "And I feel like that goes for my daily life as well."
Whether she's planning her game day or everyday looks this season, Olivia is turning to PayPal.
"I love a cash back offer, so PayPal makes it very easy," she explained. "They now have a debit card, you can use it in store, online. You get five percent cash back on a chosen category."
And with New York Fashion Week quickly approaching, it helped Olivia narrow down her selection. "I chose fashion," she said. "So I get five percent back of any fashion items. And in addition, there are a bunch of deals on the app."
"I'm a savvy shopper," Olivia added. "I definitely always have one splurge item that I base my outfits around and this is going to make it a lot easier to maximize what I'm spending."
